CIA Director William Burns and Secretary of the Security Council (SC) of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met yesterday in Yerevan, the press service of the Security Council informs.
The main topic of the meeting was the issue of further development of relations between Armenia and the United States.
During the conversation, Armen Grigoryan told the CIA director about the security atmosphere in the region, and also presented the existing challenges and Armenia’s approach to establishing peace in the region.
The ministry noted that the parties discussed the negotiation processes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Armenia and Turkey, Interfax-Azerbaijan reports.
