The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) remains committed to upholding its obligations towards Armenia despite Yerevan's decision to limit its participation in the organization's activities, the organization’s Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov told Izvestia.
"Armenia has indeed limited its participation in the work of the CSTO, but the main mechanisms of interaction are functioning, the work on the organization's agenda continues," Tasmagambetov said.
