Russia's permanent representative to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Viktor Vasilyev said that the West is attempting to distance Armenia from its CSTO allies.
According to him, all CSTO allies are aware of these actions.
The Russian permanent representative expressed concern over the involvement of external forces and the Armenian authorities' actions, which he believes could lead to destabilization in the Caucasus region.
