The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) expects an increase in terrorist threat level by the spring of 2018, Secretary General of the CSTO Yuri Khachaturov said, speaking at the opening ceremony of the CSTO Youth Forum in Belgrade.
According to him, this threat will come from the north of Afghanistan. "Taliban is accumulating large and serious forces," he said.
