The CTO regime established on January 30th has been cancelled in three districts of Dagestan, a representative of the operational headquarters of the National Anti-Terrorist Committee (NAC) in the republic reports.
"The CTO regime was cancelled today in the Buinaksk, Kumtorkalinsky and Karabudakhkent regions of Dagestan,'' Tass cites the source.
