It is reported, that today at 15.45 Moscow time, the head of the FSB of Russia for Dagestan and the head of the republican emergency response team decided to introduce the legal CTO regime inside the administrative borders of the village of Gubden in the Karabudakhkent district of Dagestan, Gazeta.ru reports.
