The head of the Ministry of Aviation of Egypt, Husam Kamal, expects air traffic to Russia will be restored in the first half of this year.
"The negotiations with Moscow on the restoration of flights are being discussed, and the Russian side is ready to restore flights. I expect it to happen in the first half of this year,'' Tass cites him as saying.
