British Prime Minister David Cameron told the TV channel NBC News about his conversation with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.
"Yesterday I spoke with President Rouhani and said that we want to see changes in the way Iran approaches issues such as Syria, Yemen, and terrorism in the region, we want to see changes in behavior that will follow these changes," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
The prime minister also commented on the agreement on the Iranian nuclear program reached this week, noting that it is "much better than the alternatives," which, according to Cameron, would be in possible military action against Iran, or the international community would allow Tehran to have a nuclear weapon.
