Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is arriving in Armenia on an official visit on October 10, the Armenian government press office reported. It said Trudeau will take part in the 17th Summit of the International Organization of the Francophonie, slated for October 11-12 in Yerevan, Arka news agency reported.
During the visit, Trudeau will have tête-à-tête talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, to be followed by an extended meeting. He is also scheduled to have a meeting with Armenian President Armen Sarkissian and the head of the Armenian Apostolic Church Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II.
