Turkish bomb-disposal experts disabled an explosive device in a vehicle found near a government building in southeast Turkey, RIA Novosti reports.
The vehicle was found in the town of Hani in the province of Diyarbakir, Reuters reports with reference to security sources.
Earlier Vestnik Kavkaza reported that a major terrorist attack was prevented in eastern Turkey. The police found 650 kg of explosives during the special operation in Tunceli.
