A festive carnival is to open the new resort season in Sochi, the head of the culture department of the city administration Elena Mashinisnova said at the plenary meeting, the press office of the mayor of the resort informs.
"The second part of the carnival procession will receive the following slogan: 'Sochi is a World Resort'. The legends, history, traditions and national culture of Sochi will be presented in this section," UGA cites Mashinisnova as saying.
