"Caspy" youth forum may become annual

"Caspy" international youth educational forum, which was held in Makhachkala this year, can become annual, acting Minister for Youth Affairs of the republic Magomed Kurbanov said.

"Unfortunately, there was a hiatus for a couple of years due to lack of funding, but we plan to hold it every year," Kurbanov noted.
