Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said that the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov took place in a positive manner.
"The meeting was held in a positive manner. It is a normal situation that we have different opinions. We negotiated openly. Neither party wants to escalate the conflict. We responded to the charges. We are against unproven allegations. I am sure that reason will prevail after some time," RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
