Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu plans to visit France on Sunday despite the cancellation of his visit to the Netherlands for a meeting with the Turkish expats in the the country, Sputnik reports citing Turkish media.
According to the Daily Sabah newspaper, Cavusoglu's visit to the eastern French city of Metz was confirmed by the French Foreign Ministry.
Yesterday, the Dutch authorities refused to let Cavusoglu land over security concerns.
