The European Union must understand that it is impossible to talk with Turkey in the same ultimatum form, which the EU used in relation to Ukraine and Georgia. This statement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu, commenting on the EU's requirements for Ankara on the revision of anti-terrorism legislation as a condition for visa-free regime.
"The EU should abandon this approach," he pointed out.
He noted that the European Union should see a long-term partner in Turkey.
