The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia today approved the final results of the referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution of the Republic.
According to the press secretary of the CEC, Ermine Harutyunyan, this decision was taken unanimously.
At the referendum held on December 6th on a new constitution, 63.37% (825,521 people) voted in favor, and 32.32% (421,568) voted against. 53,435 ballots were considered invalid.
