The head of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Elman Rustamov, will visit Iran today.
The visit will take place at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart, the Ambassador of Iran to Baku, Mohsen Pak Ayeen, said.
"Elman Rustamov will hold a meeting with the Iranian Minister for Economy and Finances Ali Tayebnia," Trend cited the Iranian diplomat as saying.
According to him, the establishing of a joint bank is on agenda in the negotiations between Baku and Tehran.
