According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Kyrgyzstan, the Chairman of the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, Erkin Asrandiev disappeared on Issyk-Kul Lake.
According to TASS, Kyrgyz rescuers specified that Asrandiev was trying to cross Issyk-Kul from coast to coast.
Currently, dozens of employees of the republican Ministry of Emergency Situations are searching for him.
