The head of the governmental committee for tourism in Chechnya, Muslim Baytaziev, said today that the authorities are planning to reconstruct the 15-19th- centuries culture monuments located in the village of Khoу, including a mosque, a madrassa, a battle tower and a dwelling house.
"The decision to restore four facilities in the territory of the village of Khoy was taken by the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. At the moment, all the preparatory work has been carried out, construction materials purchased and contractors hired, TASS quotes Baytaziev as saying.
