Chechen youth to receive spiritual and moral passports

Spiritual and moral certifications of youth will take place in Chechnya on behalf of Ramzan Kadyrov.

The decision was supported by the clergy of the republic and it has already entered into force, Eto Kavkaz cites the press service of the republic.
