The Supreme Court of the Russian Republic of Chechnya turned down an earlier court decision to write off households’ 9 billion ruble debt for gas.
The Zavodskoy District Court of Grozny ruled in January to write off the jeopardized debt, but supplier Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Grozny appealed against the decision.
