The Grozny authorities have denied information that debts of housing and communal services will be remitted. The rumor appeared on the internet after a recording was posted in which an unidentified person informed about a cancellation of all public debts.
"The author and the reason for this statement are not known,’’ Caucasus Today cites the Grozny mayor's office statement.
