Chechnya's Mufti Salah-haji Mezhiev met with Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud in Moscow.
They discussed the cooperation between Chechnya and Saudi Arabia on religious issues and methods of combating international terrorism, Kavkaz Today reports.
Earlier, the King of Saudi Arabia arrived in Moscow on an official visit for the first time. The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, also took part in the meeting. Later, he met with King Salman personally to discuss the cooperation between Chechnya and Saudi Arabia.
