A child has been diagnosed with HIV in Armenia, the country's health ministry reported.
The diagnosis was confirmed by repeated studies. By order of the ministry's head Arsen Torosyan, a consultation attended by foreign specialists was held.
A criminal case was opened. An investigation is underway, Sputnik Armenia reported.
