China and Russia will strengthen exchanges at all levels this year to further develop bilateral relations, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Tuesday.
"In the new year, both sides will be bolstering exchanges at all levels to contribute to constantly developing bilateral relations," she said.
