Chinese company to build tea factory in Georgia

The President of the Yunnan Dianhong Group, the largest producer of tea in China, Wang Tian-Chyuan stated in Tbilisi today that the Chinese company intends to build a tea factory in Georgia to produce export products.

The President of the Yunnan Dianhong Group noted the history of the tea culture in Georgia at the meeting with the heads of the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Economy of Georgia, adding Georgia is considered to be the second country of tea after China.
