The European Union seems to have run out of appetite for further anti-Russian sanctions, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the European Union Vladimir Chizhov said.
"Let us wait and see whether they develop an appetite for abandonment of the sanctions," he said in an interview with the Rossiya-24 television channel.
"We have already hit the bottom in our relations with the European Union," TASS cited Chizhov as saying. "Of course, we are not far above that so far but I think that the moods are changing."
