Russian Ambassador at the UN, Vitaly Churkin, believes that the US is conducting a "policy of endless conflict" in Syria.
According to him, Washington's actions don't produce "any realistic prospect of the conflict in Syria being resolved".
He noted that it has conducted the anti-IS air strikes for more than a year with no visible progress.
