Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vitaly Churkin, said today that the date of the inter-Syrian talks that were to take place on January 25th in Geneva still remains undecided, because the parties cannot agree on the lists of whom they are ready to invite.
"It remains only six days, but it is not clear now if the negotiations are to take place or not. According to Staffan de Mistura, both parties are against the participation of some people in these negotiations,'' RIA Novosti reports.
