Public hearings on amendments and additions to the charter of the city are to take place in Yalta. The decision was taken at a regular session of Yalta City Council.
"Some inaccuracies and omissions have been discovered in the adopted document during the past year,’’ the chairman of Yalta City Council Valery Kosarev said, explaining that the charter does not regulate issues of trade, including the use of non-stationary objects, the participation of local governments in the organization of traffic, as well as the creation and organization of municipal enterprises and institutions and the participation of deputies in decisions that relate to the use of property, News of Crimea reports.
