4th North Caucasus civil forum "Arkhyz XXI" will be held in Karachay-Cherkessia. Around 250 representatives of non-profit organizations, mass media, authorities and expert community will participate in it.
"Arkhyz XXI" will open on July 12 in the all-season tourist and recreational complex "Arkhyz" and will last three days.
