The commander of the US Army in Europe, Lieutenant General Ben Hodges, arrived in Baku, the US Embassy in Baku said.
"Hodges will hold a number of high level bilateral meetings, where the sides will discuss possibilities of expanding cooperation," RIA Novosti cited the message as saying.
Azerbaijan's cooperation with NATO is realized in the framework of the Partnership for Peace programme.
