Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili has laid a foundation for the construction of a stadium of the 3rd UEFA category in Zugdidi [Western Georgia], the press service of the government administration reported.
"The prime minister expressed hope that the stadium of international standard will contribute to the development of the region," the report reads, according to Sputnik-Georgia.
The stadium will have ten entries. Parking for coaches of teams, fans and the media will be located by the western stand. Shops, catering facilities, twam rooms, showers, etc. will be opened under the stands.
