Construction of solar power plant in Ingushetia to begin in 2025

The authorities of Ingushetia reported that the construction of a solar power plant (SPP) had been postponed until next year.

The project is estimated at 375 million rubles, the capacity of the future station will be 6 MW.

"Work is underway to interact with investors on the construction of a solar power plant. In accordance with the restrictions in the adopted regulatory acts in 2023, the implementation of the project has been postponed to 2025",

Minister of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of Ingushetia Akhmet Lolokhoev said.

In the future, the SPP will create new jobs in the republic and increase tax revenues.
