Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Thorbjorn Jagland, will visit Turkey on August 3.
He will meet with the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım, the Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and the Justice Minister Bekir Bozdağ as well as party leaders, the council said in a statement.
