"A counter-terrorism operation regime, imposed on six settlements in Dagestan (Derbent, Kurakhsky, Magaramkentsky, Suleyman-Stalsky, Khivsky and Tabasaransky), was lifted in connection with the completion of all operational activities at 11:00 local time," a staff representative of the National Anti-Terrorism Committee said.
A counter-terrorism operation regime on the Derbent District of Dagestan was imposed on October 15, while in others on 28 September.
