In the village of Andi in the Botlikh district of Dagestan a counter-terrorist operation regime ended on January 25th, a representative of the operational headquarters of the National Anti-terrorist Committee in the republic reported.
"The CTO regime in the village of Andi was cancelled at 17:30," Interfax quoted him as saying.
