Court declares Telman Ismayilov bankrupt

Today, the Moscow Region Arbitration Court declared former owner of the Cherkizovsky market, businessman Telman Ismailov a bankrupt and started the procedure of selling his property.

Recall that in 2009 businessman faced large-scale claims from law enforcement bodies in connection with the activities of his main asset - the Cherkizovsky market. Soon after that, sanitary authorities found numerous violations and the market was closed.
