Moscow's Zamoskvoretsky District Court found entrepreneur Levon Hayrapetyan guilty for embezzling 700 thousand dollars, Armenpress reports.
"The Court found Hayraoetyan guilty for frauding money from Igor Izmestyev," the decision was announced by the judge.
The Court also sentenced him to 4 years in a penal colony.
