Chairman of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov, and the head of Moscow Regional Duma, Igor Bryntsalov, have signed an agreement on cooperation in the fields of culture, tourism, energy and housing communal services.
"Our relations with the Moscow region were formed historically and today they are backed up by this agreement," Konstantinov said.
Bryntsalov said this agreement is an important step in cooperation between the two regions in all areas.
