The head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov has required to eliminate bureaucracy during the regime of emergency.
"No bureaucracy will be here during this period of time. Red tapists will look for a new job. If there are doubts about the legitimacy of decision-making report to me and I'll tell you how to take a decision," Tass cites him as saying.
