Crimean district prosecutor caught taking large bribe

In Crimea, the prosecutor of the Simferopol district was caught attempting to receive a large bribe, the Prosecutor's Office of the republic informed.

Crimean Prosecutor Natalia Poklonskaya stated that she will take this matter under her control.

"Tomorrow I'll be in a court to support a decision on choosing preventive measures for this prosecutor. I will personally monitor the progress of the investigation," she said.
