Holidays in the Crimean schools, prolonged due to the state of emergency in some parts of the peninsula, are to end on Monday, December 7th, the chairman of the republic's parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov said.
"40% of schools worked due to absence of heating. All schools are to open Monday," Tass cites him as saying.
