Residents of Crimea will be able to be examine in private clinics according to the system of compulsory medical insurance (CMI) if a medical organization signed a contract with a clinic for the provision of paid services, the director of the Territorial Mandatory Health Insurance Fund of the Republic of Crimea Andrey Karpeev said. 

"The powers of the medical organization is to ensure patients’ medical care. If it is found impossible to provide medical aid the organization must direct a patient to the institution, where this medical treatment can be provided,’’ RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
