A group, whose members were liquidated today by law enforcement officers in the village of Nardaran, located about 25 km from the Azerbaijani capital, was planning to organize terrorist attacks in Baku, it was reported in a statement distributed today by the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
