The Daesh terrorist group may try to commit terrorist attacks in the United States and Europe this year, the director of the Defense Intelligence Agency of the USA (DIA) Lieutenant-General Vincent Stuart said, speaking at congressional hearings.
"As shown by the attacks in Paris, Daesh became a major threat to the United States and its allies," TASS quoted him as saying.
"Daesh will probably try to commit new attacks in Europe and try to direct attacks to the US in 2016," Stewart added.
