In Dagestan, the Caspian Flotilla marines have begun training on preparations for sea landings.
"As part of the exercises they will practice the skills of loading and unloading military vehicles. In addition, the crews of armored personnel carriers will learn to deploy after landing in battle order with the performance of shooting at marked targets," the press service of the Southern Military District explained.
After completing training in Dagestan, the marines will continue exercises on the Caspian Sea, in which a division of landing boats will be involved, RIA Dagestan reports.
