Dagestan expects record harvest of grapes

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic, 125,823 tonnes of grapes have been gathered in Dagestan, but the process is not over yet.

The average crop capacity reached more than 90 metric centner from 1 hectare. 

As of October 5th, grapes gathered were from a total area of ​​13.832 thousand hectares. Last year the figure was about 110,000 tons with an average crop capacity of 83 metric centner from 1 hectare.
