Today in Kaspiysk, Dagestan, a plaque in memory of the investigator Arsen Hajibekov, who was shot by bandits in 2011, was unveiled.
"Arsen Hajibekov investigated criminal cases into serious or very serious crimes in the republic, many of which were successfully solved," Interfax-South reports.
