Dagestani mosques to be inspected for fire safety

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Dagestan are conducting a planned fire orientation in the republic’s mosques. These measures are necessary due to the fact that these religious institutions are visited by a lot of people whose safety must be guaranteed.

According to the publication Arguments and Facts, safety inspectors visited a mosque in Shushanovk and checked it for fire extinguishers and the internal water supply system, as well as giving worshippers written instructions of behavior with telephone numbers of the emergency services.
